When life knocks you down, God lifts you up.

I didn’t think I’d have to start over again.
Not like this.
Not with a hacked account, stolen money, unpaid rent, empty cupboards, and a heart so heavy it felt like it could split in two.

But here I am.
And even here… God is with me.

There’s nothing that prepares you for the weight of being a mom when the money runs out and the fridge is bare. Nothing prepares you for the storm that hits when the kids are sick all at once, coughing through the night while you pray for strength just to keep standing. And then there's the marriage — the one that tries your patience, stretches your forgiveness, and reminds you that love isn't always soft and easy, but often gritty and grace-filled.

And me? I’m not the hero in this story.
I’m the sinner who sometimes runs from God instead of to Him.
The one who, in weariness, questions.
The one who forgets the promises.
The one who tries to carry burdens I was never meant to hold.

But even when I stumble — even when I let go — God never lets go of me.

There’s a strange peace that only God can give when chaos surrounds you.
It doesn’t always make sense. But it’s real.
When I had no money, He gave me peace.
When I couldn’t pay rent, He gave me hope.
When I couldn’t buy groceries, somehow the kids were still fed.
And even though the house has felt like a mini-hospital lately, with tissues and medicine and late-night thermometer checks… He kept me healthy.
He kept my feet steady.
He gave me the strength I didn’t know I had.

There are moments I’ve cried until there were no tears left.
But I’ve also seen miracles — little ones, quiet ones — that remind me God sees me.
He sees you, too.

I don’t have everything figured out. I don’t know exactly how things will unfold.
But what I do know is this: God is faithful.

He’s the lifter of my head (Psalm 3:3).
The provider when I have nothing (Philippians 4:19).
The healer when everything feels broken (Jeremiah 30:17).
The firm foundation when life shakes (Psalm 40:2).
And the Father who welcomes me back even when I’ve run the other way (Luke 15).

So if life has knocked you down lately — if you’re sitting in the ashes of what feels like too much — I want you to hear this:

You are not alone.
You are not forgotten.
And this is not the end.

God is lifting you, even now.
Maybe not all at once.
Maybe not in the way you expect.
But step by step, breath by breath, He is piecing it together.
He is faithful to complete the work He started in you (Philippians 1:6).

So I’ll keep trusting.
I’ll keep showing up.
I’ll keep praising — not because life is perfect, but because God is present.

And where He is, there’s always hope.
